Development land

For developers we can source land with development potential and manage negotiations through to contract completion.

Residential development

Two of our directors were former senior managers of a major UK plc house-builder based in Gloucestershire.

For some clients, we also manage different segments including accurate land appraisals, feasibility studies, cost plan’s, design, costing, building regulations approval and project manage the construction phase.

 

 

Specialist accommodation

One area where we have considerable experience is developing accommodation for private boarding schools, where we have managed the whole development cycle in some of the region’s most sensitive planning areas.

 

We also have extensive expertise in the development of retirement homes, from land acquisition thought to sales.

 

 

Sports facilities planning

Working with local education authorities, land owners, house-builders and Sport England, we have helped pull together schemes that enable schools and sports clubs to finance and develop excellent new facilities by releasing existing dated assets.

 

Typically this involves identifying much more appropriate sites for clubs and schools to relocate to, financed through residential development of existing sites.

 

We handle the whole process from site appraisal, through planning and contractual negotiations.
